Cheer Camp
A fun day learning how 3D printing can help in agriculture and farming. Students learned how to program Finches and had a fun marshmallow competition.
Yesterday was a fun day of paleontology and spending at the pool with the 6th grade transition camp!

Students attending the Carowinds Trip on Thursday, need to check their email for an important message. Parents should have also received an email of updates and schedule. If you have any questions, please contact the school.
Numbers are set for this trip and no students that did not sign up or did not confirm, will be able to sign up now.
The MHHS barn and arena sites are showing progress! The retaining wall is now up at the barn and concrete is being poured in preparation for the arena.

The Orr Building Expansion is nearing completion with a projected finish date of August 2026.
The Barn project is moving quickly behind the baseball field, and the exciting scene of the retaining wall above the Mountain Heritage High School sign is evidence of the progress on the show arena which will complement the Barn. Both of these projects are expected to be completed in September 2026.

East Yancey will have its awards ceremony for 6th and 7th grades tomorrow starting at 8:30. You can sign your child out to leave early after the awards ceremony outside of the main office.
